This page covers the Iron Civil marketing website. The Iron Civil application has its own terms for customer data, provided to customers directly.

What we collect

If you request setup or a walkthrough, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, role, and anything you tell us about your work and tools. We use it to respond to you about Iron Civil — nothing else. We never sell personal information, never use it for third-party advertising, and don’t add you to mailing lists.

Like any website, what you send us passes through the service providers we use to operate — the platform that hosts this site, the email delivery provider that carries your request to our sales inbox, and the systems where sales inquiries are stored and read — only as needed to get your request to us and respond.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn’t set advertising cookies and doesn’t run third-party ad or social trackers. We use Vercel Web Analytics — cookieless, aggregate page and interaction counts with no advertising identifiers, and never the contents of anything you type into a form.

How long we keep it

We do not currently run an automatic deletion schedule for sales inquiries. We keep them while we may still reasonably respond to you and delete them when you ask, unless we are required to keep something by law.
